No registration form is needed for those features. Anyone sharing the same browser profile can see that list. Clearing this website's stored data can remove it, so make a backup first if you want to keep the references.
Artwork and viewing websites
Movie artwork loads from TMDB's image service. Opening Watch now takes you to JustWatch, where separate privacy practices and any account choices apply. Those websites can receive ordinary connection information when requested by your browser. A viewing-country selection changes the destination link; this catalog does not request your device's precise location.
Your backup is yours to manage
The backup box contains saved references and checkpoints. Keep that text private if you do not want others to see your choices. It is not uploaded by the merge tool. This site provides no cross-device account synchronization and does not collect a password to recover a lost local list.
